- Yes. Unlimited grant search and eligibility matching are free with no time limit, and they remain available even after a paid pass expires.
- Do the passes auto-renew?
- No. Every pass is a single, one-off payment for a fixed window (30 or 90 days). There is no subscription and no auto-renew.
- What's the difference between the 30-day and 90-day passes?
- The 30-Day Search Pass suits individuals and smaller searches and adds saved grants, alerts, reminders and CSV export. The 90-Day Organisation Sprint adds a grant pipeline, private notes, due-soon tracking and an organisation dashboard for charities, community groups and businesses.
- Can I get a refund?

- Can I pay online yet?
- Online payment is coming soon. For now, passes are activated manually after purchase.
- What happens to my data when a pass expires?
- Your saved grants and data are retained, and your free search stays available. You simply lose the paid tools until you buy another pass.
