What to include (especially for billing)
To help us sort things quickly, please include:
- the email address on your account;
- the date of payment;
- your Stripe receipt or payment reference, if you have it;
- a short description of the issue (and a screenshot if helpful).
Response times
We aim to acknowledge emails within 2 working days. Refund reviews are handled within 14 days.
Urgent billing issues
If you've been charged the wrong amount or charged twice, email hello@subvention.co.uk with the subject line "URGENT billing" and the details above. We'll prioritise it. Please contact us before raising a card dispute so we can fix it directly.
A note on what we can help with
We can help with your Subvention account, passes and tools. We can't make funding decisions or guarantee eligibility โ those rest with each funder. Always check a grant's own website for the latest eligibility and deadlines.
